If your HDGPS LED is displaying a red, green, and blue sequence, try the following steps to resolve it.
- Turn the HDGPS power on
- Leave it on until it's completely out of battery
- Attach it to the supplied USB charge cable
- Turn the device off while the battery is charging
- After charging for several hours or overnight, the HDGPS should return to its normal function
