Changing Your Password From the LITPro MX App

1. Open the LITPro Mx App
2. Tap the account tab in the bottom right corner
3. Tap your name/email at the top of the screen 
4. Tap Change Password
5. Click the forgot your password link
6. Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
7. Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
8. Copy and paste the temporary password
9. Login to your account in the MX App using your email address and the temporary password

4. Copy and paste the temporary password

If you're locked out of your account, you can reset your password using the steps below:

1. Visit this link app.litprolive.com/forgotpassword
2. Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
3. Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
4. Copy and paste the temporary password
5. Login to your account in the MX App using your email address and the temporary password
