This article provides instructions for canceling your LITPro subscription on iOS or Android. Note: After canceling your subscription, it will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On iOS (through the App Store):
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap on your name/profile at the top.
- Tap on "Subscriptions." (If you don’t see "Subscriptions," tap on "iTunes & App Store" instead, then tap your Apple ID, tap "View Apple ID," sign in if asked, and then scroll down to "Subscriptions.")
- You'll see a list of active and expired subscriptions.
- Tap on the LITPro subscription that you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription." If you don’t see the "Cancel Subscription" option, the subscription has already been canceled but might still be active until the next renewal date.
- Confirm your choice.
Note: After canceling, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On iOS (through the LITPro App):
- Log in to the LITPro-GPS Lap Timer App
- Tap the account tab in the bottom right of the screen
- Tap manage subscription
- Tap manage subs on the bottom left
- You'll see a list of active and expired subscriptions.
- Tap on the LITPro subscription that you want to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription." If you don’t see the "Cancel Subscription" option, the subscription has already been canceled but might still be active until the next renewal date.
- Confirm your choice.

On Android (through the Google Play Store):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines (menu icon) located at the top-left corner or tap on your profile picture.
- Tap on "Payments & subscriptions."
- Tap on "Subscriptions."
- You'll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
- Tap on the LITPro subscription you wish to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel subscription."
- You might be prompted to select a reason for canceling. Choose one and proceed.
- Confirm your choice.
