For iOS users: You may need to restore your subscription purchase.
- Log in to the LITPro app
- Tap the Account tab in the bottom right of the screen
- Tap Manage Subscription (red bar)
- Tap Restore Purchases on the bottom right
- Access should be granted to missing features
Note: If that does not resolve the issue, try logging out and back into the app.
Go to the account tab > tap your name > then log out and back in.
