For LITPro customers who were using the app before May 1, 2022.
Group Includes:
- Original HDGPS (all black hardware) users
- XGPS users that purchased their hardware bundled with 1 year of Premium
We migrated our subscription management to the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores on May 5th, 2022. The primary goal was to make it easier for customers to manage their own subscriptions.
For XGPS users (purchased with 1 yr Premium bundled):
If you had additional time remaining on your subscription when we switched to the new platform here's what you'll need to do. We emailed you a code to migrate the remaining subscription time to the new platform. If you can’t find this email, please email customer service at athletesupport@nznlabs.com and we’ll resend it to you.
For HDGPS users:
If you're using the original HDGPS receiver without a subscription, we will supply a code to continue that service. As long as the hardware is still functioning, a subscription will not be required to receive full app features. When the device is no longer functioning, you'll be required to move to a monthly unlimited subscription.
