Here's a quick overview of our XGPS160 warranty policy.
The XGPS160 is not proprietary LITPro GPS hardware, it's manufactured by Dual Electronics. As a reseller, we are facilitating a warranty return with Dual Electronics so our customers don't have to contact Dual directly.
If your XGPS160 is having an issue, please contact our customer support team to see if your device qualifies for a warranty replacement. They can be reached via chat during business hours, email athletesupport@nznlabs.com or phone at (951)760-0917. Our policy is to receive a broken device from a customer before shipping a replacement.
After receiving a warranty confirmation from a customer support team member, then ship us your broken XGPS160. Please include a note with the following information:
- A brief description of the problem you're experiencing with your XGPS160
- The email address associated with your LITPro account
- Your LITPro order number
- A current return shipping address we can send the replacement to
