Tap "Add Session":
- At the bottom of the main screen, you will find a button labeled "Add Session." Tap on this button to proceed.

Tap "Past Syncs":
- After tapping "Add Session," you will be directed to a new screen. Look for the "Past Syncs" option, which is typically located next to the name of the device you are using.

Choose the Sync to Change:
- Tap on the sync you want to change from the list of past syncs. This will open up the details of the selected sync session.
