This article will guide you through resetting or changing the password on your LITPro account.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you're locked out of your account, you can reset your password using the steps below:

  1. Visit this link app.litprolive.com/forgotpassword
  2. Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
  3. Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
  4. Copy and paste the temporary password
  5. Login to your account in the app using your email address and the temporary password

Changing Your Password (through the LITPro App)

If you need to change the password associated with your LITPro account, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the LITPro App
  2. Tap the account tab in the bottom right corner
  3. Tap your name/email at the top of the screen 
  4. Tap Change Password
  5. Click the forgot your password link
  6. Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
  7. Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
  8. Copy and paste the temporary password
  9. Login to your account in the app using your email address and the temporary password

  2. Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
  3. Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
  4. Copy and paste the temporary password
  5. Login to your account in the app using your email address and the temporary password

  • Check your Spam & Promotion folders
  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address
