This article will guide you through resetting or changing the password on your LITPro account.
Resetting Your Password
- Visit this link app.litprolive.com/forgotpassword
- Enter the email address associated with your LITPro account
- Look in your email inbox for a password reset email (includes a temporary password)
- Copy and paste the temporary password
- Log in to your account using your email address and the temporary password
Starting From the LITPro App Instead
If you'd rather start from inside the app rather than the web link above:
- Open the LITPro App
- Tap the account tab in the bottom right corner
- Tap your name/email at the top of the screen
- Tap Change Password
- Tap the forgot your password link — this takes you to the same reset flow described above
